On #WorldKindnessDay, November 3, 2018, we went BIG. We flooded all of Cokes social channels with 100 new pieces of content with help from some of the biggest street artists: Greg Mike (Atlanta, Ga.) Stefan Kunz (Zurich, Switzerland), Ricardo Gonzalez (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Timothy Goodman (New York, N.Y.). The goal? For Coke’s more than 8 million followers in the U.S. to engage with the content and share the simple, yet actionable, messages of positivity with their networks.
To spark intrigue and anticipation in advance of World Kindness Day, the brand’s feeds went “dark” a week before. #RefreshTheFeed launched the morning of World Kindness, emanating throughout the internet and bringing people together to share moments of happiness.
