The Home Team Documentary
The HOME Team film is a short documentary about Atlanta’s historic English Avenue and Vine City neighborhoods highlighting the lives of a few longtime residents.
The multi-billion Mercedes Benz Stadium stands across the street from a neighborhood of great historical importance that has become an eyesore to the city and is the birthplace of the Civil Rights movement. The film explores the people and the culture that saw fit to invest hundreds of millions of public dollars in a sports venue while simultaneously neglecting those eking out an existence just across the street.
